- —50% on signing. 50% on completion. We don't get the second half unless we deliver.
- —Commissions on vehicle and furniture sales are earned on proceeds achieved. If we don't sell it, you don't pay commission.

- —Corporate clients: 30% on signing, 40% at midpoint, 30% on completion.
